Navottra provides services that include:

• Professional networking tools for the research community

2. 🔸 Eligibility

To use Navottra, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Agree to provide accurate, complete registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to violate eligibility criteria.

• You will receive payment only after service approval by the client
• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Navottra

6. 🔸 Service Seeker Terms

If you purchase services, bid on projects, or book mentorship:

• You agree to provide clear, accurate requirements
• You must pay in advance via the platform's payment system
• You may request a refund only in line with our refund policy
• You agree to rate providers fairly based on completed work

7. 🔹 Payments and Fees

• All payments are processed securely through our integrated payment gateway.
• Navottra may charge platform fees and commissions on certain transactions.
• You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
• Earnings can be withdrawn by service providers after job approval.

8. 🔸 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between users:

• Try to resolve it directly via our messaging tools

• Navottra may mediate disputes, but decisions are non-binding

• By uploading, you grant Navottra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, and promote your content for platform functionality.
• Navottra owns all trademarks, branding, design elements, and platform code.
